United StatesLoves this lighter! Holds a charge for a really long time. I appreciate the safety feature over the ignite button. The neck was a little short for lighting my grill. But great for candles, fire pit, and other basic lighter needs. Reduces waste, which is great.
My son loves it. Works like a charm and with the cold weather, he�s been using it a lot to start and stoke the fire in the fireplace. Nice quality!
I bought this because my smoker husband steals all my small BIC lighters, and I burn through those long butane lighters like crazy on my candles and fireplace. What can I say? I love burning stuff.This lighter helped me get my candles lit quickly and safely, and because it's huge, my husband won't pocket it. Since it's rechargeable, I shouldn't have to buy another one of those cheapy $3 lighters ever again!
The primary heat source is my wood burning stove. Propane can be costly when it's the primary fuel used in our cold mountain air. This lighter came in the night before a snow storm was to hit, temps were to drop below 20. This amazing tool has saved me both time and money. No more cheap fireplace lighters that blow out before the paper tinder catches, and they go dry in less than a week. In less than 5 minutes this morning I had a fire going. 17 degrees outside but my house is warm and cozy. The propane heater hasn't kicked on since before dawn and it's now lunch time. I even used it for candles this morning and I'm sure come summer it will be used for the charcoal grill and smoker.
Purchased to light outdoor fire, however it doesn�t work that great to start a gas flame or start paper on fire. Kids call it the taser lighter.
